Highlights from World Food Safety Day (WFSD) 2026 in Benin City

On Wednesday, June 10, 2026, Benin City became the epicenter of agritech dialogue as the Foodpreneurship Development & Innovation Hub (FD Hub), in proud collaboration with the Edo State Ministry of Communications & Digital Economy, hosted the landmark World Food Safety Day (WFSD) 2026 celebration.

Held at the prestigious John Odigie-Oyegun Public Service Academy (JOOPSA) Hall, the event brought together food entrepreneurs, tech innovators, policymakers, agricultural experts and passionate youths all converging under one powerful theme: “Driving Digital Innovation for Food Safety and Agriculture.”
