Welcome to FDI Hub. By accessing our website, applying to our cohorts, or participating in our programs, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Definitions
- “Hub” refers to FDI Hub, located at 24 Guobadia Street, 1st Ugbor Rd. GRA, Benin City.
- “Programs” refers to the FoodTech Incubator, Business Digitalization Camp, Food Enterprise Growth Program, and related business assessment services.
- “Participant” refers to any individual, startup founder, or food enterprise owner applying to or enrolled in our programs.
2. Program Applications & Assessments
- By submitting a Food Business Assessment or program application, you guarantee that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.
- Submission of an application or assessment request does not guarantee automatic acceptance into any FDI Hub cohort or program. Admission is strictly at the discretion of the FDI Hub review board.
3. Fees, Payments, and Early Bird Offers
- Certain programs, such as the Food Enterprise Growth Program, require a participation fee (e.g., standard fee of ₦120,000 or promotional early-bird pricing of ₦100,000).
- All fees must be paid through authorized FDI Hub payment channels prior to the start of the cohort to secure your slot.
- Unless explicitly stated otherwise by the administration, all program fees are non-refundable once the cohort sessions have commenced.
4. Intellectual Property
- Our Content: All educational materials, toolkits, templates, presentation slides, and curriculum structures provided during our programs remain the exclusive intellectual property of FDI Hub.
- Your Innovation: Participants retain full ownership of the intellectual property, software, or unique food recipes they develop during the FoodTech Incubator or growth programs.
5. Code of Conduct & Participation
FDI Hub reserves the right to terminate a participant’s enrollment in any program, without a refund, if they engage in disruptive behavior, academic dishonesty, or actions that compromise the safety, reputation, or collaborative spirit of the Hub and its communities.
6. Limitation of Liability
While FDI Hub provides comprehensive business development, food safety systems support, and regulatory readiness guidance (including NAFDAC/regulatory preparation), compliance certification is ultimately awarded by government regulatory bodies. FDI Hub does not guarantee automated regulatory approval or specific financial funding outcomes as a result of program completion.
7. Changes to Terms
FDI Hub reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or participation in our programs following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
